We live in an illusory world, our very existence is illusory and marked by “suffering”, “impermanence” and “no-self”. The Buddha identified these over two thousand years ago and taught their importance to the path towards enlightenment. But their recognition is also important to our day to day wellbeing.

“A stressful life is caused by a distorted view of reality. A better word is “delusion”, and only ethical mindfulness can sweep away our delusion”.
