Art has become associated with wine in so many different ways and includes paintings about wine, paintings of wine, wine-art in brasseries and bars, or decorative wine-art in your home. Wine labels have become more artistic too rather than the staid old fashioned image of a chateau in monochrome. But what I have started to notice in a few of my vineyard visits and also in wine magazines and websites, is sculptures in vineyards, sometimes even amongst the vines themselves. Here’s a few we’ve come across in some English vineyards.
