The one thing that I miss by living in the USA- so many centuries of history! My husband and I went to France for our honeymoon and toured a theatre that had stood since the days of the Romans. Here, we get excited about a rock which may or may not have greeted the pilgrims back in 1620… ah, well, keep posting the awesome pictures!!!
Thank you. We all have history, culture, architecture and archaeology to observe and admire. A couple of years back we had a 3 weeks cross America rail trip and it was just brilliant. National parks, cities, historic railroads, museums, galleries, and friendliness wherever we went!
Well, next time you are in America, you’ll have to come to Ohio and I’ll take you to see James’ grave and to meet the cows who live in the pasture next to it. (Thank goodness for fences!)
