As a psychologist I’m professionally sceptical about things like this, but it’s a fun read AND it DID predict my favourite grape/wine with my personality type ….. Pinot Noir.

Interesting read! I’ve always been fascinated with Myers-Briggs. Not sure that I believe I’m a Barbera though. 😉

I have never been a fan of “type theories” of personality at all, my belief is that “trait theories” have greater flexibility and accuracy. So 16PF or OPQ are tools I used rather than Myers Briggs. Then of course linking your “type” or “traits” to a wine, or a vegetable, or a cheese, or …… well! 😂😂😂 But as I said, a fun read!
