Vigneron, Negociants, Cooperatives, all very different in the world of winemaking, and mostly different in their approach to visitors for wine tasting. It helps if you “know each other” and we have been coming to the cooperative La Chablisienne for 10 years now and always been warmly welcomed by Sylvie. Expert or novice, ALL are welcomed here and you will find high quality Chablis at good value prices. We visited yesterday, bought several cases before setting off for Alsace, perfect as usual especially for their Chablis Premier Cru Fourchaume at €23!

You’re a bloody mind reader, daughter giving me hell as we’re 4 in one car, but she has a big 4×4 BMW!
