I get sorochi just looking at that photo (hats off to your diligence, Dr. B for scaling such mountains). I knew that my days of ascending high plateaus were done for after I picked up sorochi in Lake Titicaca. That was hell.

Lots of so called altitude sickness is nothing more than dehydration! I became obsessed with drinking 6-8 litres of fluids daily above 10,000ft and never suffered. But, I could have won an Olympic gold if it existed for the number of pisses taken daily😂😂
