Chicago and Wild Garlic!
As the train pulls out on its long journey to New York for our final few days in the US, I begin to realise how little I know and how little we’ve seen of this magnificent city. Let’s start with its name based on the Native American word for wild garlic, Shikaakwa! We need to return!
